Judi's background also included being an analyst for the prior 10 years in the Coventry/First Health (Aetna Insurance acquired Coventry/First Health) QA area for PPO contract development and accuracy,

Ron Friedman: CMO
Ron began his career in the motion picture industry at Paramount Pictures, Inc. where he learned marketing and sales of products & services. He then moved into the corporate world becoming the Chief Operating Officer of two divisions of Superscope Inc (NYSE) the exclusive distributor of Sony products for 25 years in the Western World. In 2000 Ron was a founder and Chairman/President of Dollardays International, Inc.
Ron also served as Chair of Valley Advisory Group, (a group consisting of business leaders identifying and helping companies solve internal & external problems). Ron was a partner in Sandhill Advisory, Inc. where he specialized in Due Diligence, Capital Formation, Transaction Enhancement and Marketing.

Brian Duling: CFO
Brian is a senior financial executive with over 25 years’ experience as a CFO, consultant, and board member for both private and publicly held high tech firms. His experience includes being the VP-Finance and CFO for then-SBC Communications (NYSE: T) subsidiary Cellular One-Chicago.
After Cellular One, Brian subsequently held equity positions in three privately-held start-up companies, where as CFO he helped lead all three organizations to rapid, profitable growth and successful acquisitions by publicly-held firms.
Brian has additional public company experience from serving as CFO for Trimble Mobile Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of $9B market cap Trimble, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMB), and currently sits on the fiduciary board of directors for privately-held Gainey Business Bancorp in Scottsdale, AZ and Cameo Global, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA.
Brian has played the lead finance role in several mergers and acquisitions as well as numerous capital raises totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars, has a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL.
